During this training course participants are taught the use of effective conversation techniques. On completion, participants will be able to communicate powerfully and decisively, enabling them to manage communication processes more effectively. The focus of the conversation techniques during the course will be determined in consultation with the participants.

Examples may include:

  • Communication on the work floor
  • Conducting a bad-news interview
  • Consulting sessions
  • Conducting a recruitment interview
  • Performance assessments and reviews
